Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles, deliver parts to professional customers, and manage COD transactions. The role includes vehicle upkeep, daily inspections, and secure handling of keys, fuel cards, and monies. Bilingual skills (Spanish) are highly desirable for serving a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities also cover returning items, communicating customer needs to management, and occasional cashier or merchandising support as business demands.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company driving eligibility requirements.
• Familiar with automotive parts.
• Ability to operate light store equipment.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Process deliveries using handheld devices and collect signatures.
• Maintain and secure delivery vehicles and equipment.
• Return pickups and handle money for COD deliveries.
• Support store operations including cashier duties and stocking.
