O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles and deliver parts to professional customers in a safe, efficient manner. The role includes collecting COD payments, handling returns, and supporting store operations while maintaining vehicle readiness.

Candidates with bilingual abilities are encouraged. Responsibilities include using handheld devices, customer service, merchandising, and possible cashier duties when needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company policy.
• Must possess a legally required state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Use delivery fleet devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, and complete inspections.
• Keep vehicles clean, maintained, and inspected daily.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies.
• Pick up customer returns and fill out driver return slip.
• Communicate issues to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance or accidents to management.
• Ensure fuel is topped and vehicles are locked at end of day.
• Clock in/out per policy.
• Assist with customer service, stocking, merchandising as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
