Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles, deliver parts to professional customers, collect COD payments, and manage returns. You will use handheld devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and log mileage, while keeping vehicles clean and inspected.

English proficiency plus Spanish is a plus; valid driver's license required. This role supports store operations with customer service, stocking, and occasional cashier duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's policy.
• Must possess a legally required state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use handheld devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and log mileage.
• Keep vehicles clean and perform daily inspections.
• Secure money and devices during COD deliveries, and manage returns.
• Pickup customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Communicate problems to store management and report vehicle issues.
• Ensure fuel Tank is filled and vehicle is locked at end of day.
• Clock in/out per policy and assist with cashier or stocking tasks as needed.
