Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles and deliver parts to professional customers. The role includes handling COD deliveries, collecting payments, and picking up returns, with bilingual Spanish encouraged.

Responsibilities include using handheld devices for deliveries, performing daily vehicle inspections, maintaining vehicle security, and assisting with cashiering and merchandising as needed. A strong driving record and valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Driving record must meet company standards.
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license.
• Familiar with automotive parts.
• Ability to operate other light store equipment.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts and products to customers in a safe, efficient manner.
• Operate fleet management handheld devices for deliveries, signatures, mileage, and inspections.
• Keep vehicles clean, maintained, and inspected before operation.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies collected.
• Pickup customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Communicate customer issues to store management and report vehicle maintenance needs.
• Fuel vehicles at end of day and secure the vehicle.
• Clock in/out per company policy.
• Assist with cashiering, stocking, merchandising, and errands as needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
