Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, process returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs. You will also manage daily credit accounts, stock inventory, and engage with walk-in customers to recommend parts or services.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and automotive parts experience.

Qualifications

Speak and write English; other language skills a plus; build relationships with customers, peers and leadership.
Read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and parts catalogs.
Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
Pick up returns and cores.
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales/loyalty programs.
Daily collection of credit accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
Maintain store cleanliness and stock inventory; routine cycle counts.
Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
Other duties as assigned.
