Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, manage returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs.

You will collect credit accounts and build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while contributing to upselling efforts and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Excellent English communication, a valid driver's license, and automotive parts knowledge help you excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to work various days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and manage stocking tasks.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Operate with knowledge of inventory and new arrivals.
• Other duties as assigned.
