Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to professional customers. You will also manage returns, stockrooms, and assist with promotions while maintaining a clean store environment.

You should have a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license, with automotive parts experience preferred. English proficiency is required, with Spanish a plus for serving a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Distribute weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Collect credit accounts daily.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, dusting and parking lot.
• Stock general and back stock; perform cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and new arrivals to aid sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
