Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive in Houston, TX is looking for an Automotive Customer Service Representative who will be the face guests rely on when they need help with their vehicle, building trusting relationships and guiding them through service decisions.

You will check guests in and out, answer calls, schedule appointments, provide safe shuttle service, keep the shop tidy, and assist with clerical tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish with clear communication.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Must have valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and schedule appointments.
• Answer phone calls and provide friendly service.
• Provide safe shuttle service for guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility.
• Assist with clerical tasks and paperwork as needed.
