Qualifications

• Proven successful customer service experience is required; driven to serve others.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with staff, vendors, and guests.
• Valid state driver's license and insurability.
• Meeting insurance driving record parameters as required.

• Willingness to take coaching and direction.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Provide safe shuttle service for guests.
• Treat guests with respect and a Christian perspective.
• Assist with receiving, processing parts and running errands.
• Keep the facility clean and organized.
• Support clerical tasks like accounts receivable and filing.
