Christian Brothers Automotive in Lakeville, MN is hiring an Automotive Customer Service Representative / Shuttle Driver for a part-time role. You will greet guests, schedule appointments, and provide safe shuttle service while upholding our service standards.

The position emphasizes customer interaction, teamwork, and maintaining a clean, organized shop environment. Weekend availability is not required as weekends are closed to spend time with family and friends.

Qualifications

• Proven successful customer service experience is required; driven to serve others
• Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, vendors, and guests
• Valid state driver’s license
• Meet required insurance driving record parameters
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and a Team mentality (we work hard but like to have fun doing it)
• Ability to seek and accept coaching and direction
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Providing safe shuttle service for our valued guests
• Treating guests with respect and a Christian Brothers spirit
• Assist with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and errands
• Keep the facility clean and organized
• Assist team with clerical tasks such as accounts receivable and filing paperwork
• Direct, coordinate, and participate in guest service activities as workload dictates
• Serve as a community ambassador for the store through authentic relationships and partnerships
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
