Christian Brothers Automotive is hiring an Automotive Guest Relations Specialist at our Melissa, TX location. You will welcome guests, schedule appointments, and coordinate shuttle service while upholding our values of respect and integrity.

The role emphasizes building relationships and providing excellent service in a fast-paced shop environment. You will work closely with technicians and staff, handle clerical tasks, and act as a community ambassador.

Qualifications

• Proven successful customer service experience is required; driven to serve others.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with staff, vendors, and customers.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Meet required insurance driving record parameters.
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and a Team mentality.
• Ability to seek and accept coaching and direction.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Provide safe shuttle service for guests in branded vehicle.
• Treat guests with respect per Christian Brothers values.
• Assist shop with receiving, processing, and errands; keep facility clean and organized.
• Assist team with clerical tasks such as accounts receivable and filing.
• Coordinate guest service activities as workload dictates.
• Serve as a community ambassador and build authentic relationships.
