Job summary

Bilingual Source is seeking a seasoned Bilingual Automobile Claims Adjuster to manage full lifecycle claims from intake to settlement. This remote-first role supports a national claims team with guidance from experienced technical specialists and leaders.

You will investigate coverage, liability and damages, gather facts from insureds and witnesses, coordinate with vendors, and maintain accurate files while delivering outstanding service. Licences and CPC or willingness to begin are required.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in French and English (written and verbal).
• Minimum 2 years of experience handling automobile claims end-to-end.
• Experience managing a full-cycle claims caseload in a structured environment.
• Strong understanding of automobile insurance policies and claims handling.
• Chartered Insurance Professional designation, or willingness to begin the designation upon hire.
• Provincial Adjuster's Licence, or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of automobile claims from first notice through final settlement.
• Investigate coverage, liability, and damages.
• Gather information from insureds, witnesses, police, and third parties.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
• Identify subrogation opportunities.
• Maintain accurate reserves and complete electronic claim files.
• Issue payments to policyholders and vendors.
• Prepare coverage and claim correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve customer outcomes.

Compensation: $60,000 to $75,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.

Work Arrangement: Remote-first position with occasional in-person meetings or training for employees located near regional offices.

What You'll Do

As a valued member of the claims team, you will manage automobile claims throughout the entire claims lifecycle. You will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve claims while providing an outstanding customer experience and working alongside experienced technical specialists and leaders.
