Xclusive Auto Collision And Wraps is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers seeking collision repair, painting, wraps, or custom work. You will guide customers through intake, scheduling, and support, representing the company’s commitment to quality and service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn about auto-body, collision repair, painting, wraps, and customization services.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, respond to inquiries about repair, wrap, painting, restoration and customization services.
• Explain service options clearly and help customers choose the best fit.
• Schedule appointments for inspections, repairs, paints, wraps, or restorations; manage calendar and job queue.
• Collect vehicle details, customer information, and record requests and damage descriptions accurately.
• Maintain open communication with customers regarding job status, timelines, and pickup details.
• Coordinate with technicians and shop management to ensure smooth handoff and follow up for customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area; perform administrative tasks (filing, messages, follow-ups).
• Prior experience in customer service/front-desk/administrative role; auto repair industry experience preferred.
