Job summary

aba360 is seeking a compassionate, patient individual to provide home-based support for children with Autism in Lambertville, NJ. You will work one-on-one with a teen, using evidence-based strategies to help them develop skills and independence.

You will support learning and daily routines during home sessions, collaborate with families to maintain a positive setting, and accurately record progress and observations.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with Autism in home, school, or similar settings (preferred).
• Bilingual Spanish/English.
• Patient, compassionate and reliable.
• Comfortable working independently in home settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support using evidence-based strategies to help the teen develop skills and independence.
