Job summary

aba360 is seeking compassionate, patient staff to provide home-based support for children with Autism in Cranbury Township, NJ. You will work one-on-one with the teen, using evidence-based strategies to build skills and independence in familiar home settings.

This role offers a flexible part-time schedule and the opportunity to gain experience in ABA therapy and special education while collaborating closely with families to create a positive, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with Autism in home, school, or similar settings preferred.
• Bilingual ability in Spanish and English is required or highly preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable with strong communication and observation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home-based support using evidence-based strategies to help the teen develop skills and independence.
• Support learning and daily routines in home sessions.
• Collaborate with the family to maintain a positive and supportive setting.
• Accurately record progress and observations.
