Job summary

Keenfinity in Burnsville, MN seeks a Technical Support Specialist to deliver frontline support for professional audio products across the Americas. You will diagnose issues, document cases, and escalate complex problems while providing excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates bring 2-5 years in technical or customer support, strong troubleshooting, and knowledge of audio systems, networking, and DSP. Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

Associate's degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience.
2-5 years in technical or customer support.
Ability to explain complex concepts to varying skill levels.
Experience with professional audio systems.
Knowledge of loudspeakers, amplifiers, DSP, networking, and audio signal flow.
Experience using CRM or case management systems.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide phone, email, and chat support for Electro-Voice and Dynacord products.
Create and maintain support cases in Service Cloud.
Diagnose user errors and configuration issues, escalate when needed.
Collaborate with Growth Technical Support and Engineering teams.
Help develop customer-facing documentation.
