Job summary

Keenfinity in Burnsville, MN, seeks a Public Address Technical Sales Support professional to drive growth of the Bosch Public Address & Voice Alarm portfolio through market development, technical expertise, and go-to-market support. This role serves as the primary technical and strategic resource for Public Address, Paging and Mass Notification solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years in technical support, technical sales support, or client-facing roles.
• Strong aptitude to explain technical solutions to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with PA systems and audio technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AoIP systems.
• Solid networking concepts and infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience reviewing tender specifications.
• Systems integration experience.
• Proven ability to build professional relationships.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and reside near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Grow PA portfolio by influencing specifications and pursuing strategic projects.
• Qualify and develop PA opportunities across regions and verticals.
• Provide technical support, solution positioning, and differentiation.
• Serve as PA subject matter expert to regional sales and growth teams.
• Define and execute GTM strategies aligned with priorities.
• Develop vertical value propositions and reference architectures.
• Offer L2 regional technical support for PA systems and designs.
• Assist with project drawings and technical bid documentation.
• Support system commissioning and escalation handling.
• Train internal and external sales/growth teams.
• Capture Voice of Customer insights and feedback for roadmap.
