• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options via Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
