Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will greet clients, open and service accounts, and guide customers through digital banking tools.

You will build trusted relationships, educate clients on products, and partner with the branch team to meet financial goals. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, and a commitment to regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

Customer-facing role experience.
Fluency in English and Spanish required.
Ability to explain banking products clearly.
Compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them through the lobby.
Open new accounts and service existing ones while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on everyday banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
