• Open new accounts and service existing ones while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients reach financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and assist with cash devices while following bank procedures.
