The role emphasizes bilingual English/Spanish communication, collaborative teamwork, and adherence to banking policies and regulatory requirements. You will support daily branch operations and provide attentive service across channels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships with clients and coordinate with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Assist in branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank procedures.
