Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Reading and speaking in both English and Spanish fluently.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while following policies.
• Educate clients on digital self-service tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and guiding to solutions.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in compliance with policies.
