O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will manage the store during the Manager’s absence and lead a team to deliver exceptional service to retail and professional customers.

Qualified candidates will have sales leadership training and manager certifications; bilingual Spanish is highly desired, with competitive compensation and benefits beginning on day one.

Qualifications

• Must have completed Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Languages: bilingual ability (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and pro customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and drive sales programs.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and staff development.
• Ensure accurate processing of returns, exchanges and merchandise invoicing.
