Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. in Western Massachusetts is seeking a senior ACCS supervisor to oversee clinical and administrative operations. You will supervise the ACCS team, ensure program quality, and guide staff scheduling, personnel management, and development.

You will provide day-to-day clinical supervision to LPHA staff, participate in orientation and training programs, and lead staff meetings. The role includes hiring with supervisor approval and addressing performance issues to

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or related field.
• Broad knowledge of mental illness and treatment techniques, including SMI adults and SUD.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the ACCS team, staff, and program operations.
• Provide administrative leadership for Integrated team via LPHA.
• Supervise LPHA’s, Lead DC III, Lead Peer, and Substance Use Counselor where assigned.
• Chair program and staff meetings.
• Develop and implement staff orientation and training.
• Hire new employees with ACCS Sr. Program Manager approval.
• Address performance issues and staff complaints.
