Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field required; Master’s preferred.
• At least 3 years of progressive employment experience showing supervisory and case management experience.
• Prior case management experience in child welfare preferred, at least 1 year.
• Must have a valid State Driver’s License and good driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, physical, TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight of the case management team.
• Coordinate services and resources for youth in care.
• Support program operations and documentation to ensure compliance.
