SANDALWOOD MANAGEMENT USA LP is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Townhomes at Double Creek in Round Rock, TX. You will assist the Community Manager in daily operations, focusing on resident service, rent collection, and recordkeeping.

Required: 2+ years in property management and sales, LIHTC/HUD experience, Yardi proficiency, and a valid driver's license. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years property lease-up/management experience.
• 2+ years sales experience.
• LIHTC/HUD experience required; Section 8 experience a plus.
• Yardi experience required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Saturday availability required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer service and respond quickly to enquiries.
• Collect rents and post deposits within 24 hours of collection.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions (rent rolls, delinquencies).
• Perform collection actions and utility cut-offs as needed.
• Process invoices for Accounts Payable and timely payments.
• Keep lease files current and manage dead files.
• Prepare and deliver delinquency notices and Notices to Vacate.
• Review lease files prior to move-in and schedule renewals/move-outs.
• Support Community Manager and assume duties when needed.
