SANDALWOOD MANAGEMENT USA LP is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Townhomes at Double Creek in Round Rock, TX. You will assist the Community Manager in daily operations, focusing on resident service, rent collection, and recordkeeping.

Required: 2+ years in property management and sales, LIHTC/HUD experience, Yardi proficiency, and a valid driver's license. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred; weekend availability is required.

Job Details: Job Location: Townhomes at Double Creek - Round Rock, TX 78664, Salary Range: $25.00 - $27.00 Hourly, A growing property management firm is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to assist the Community Manager in the daily operation of our property Townhomes at Double Creek in Round Rock, TX.

Qualifications: WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Maintain excellent customer service, delighting resident with proactive service and quick, accurate response to enquiries and requests
• Collect rents and other receipts; Post and deposit rental and other income within 24 hours of collection
• Maintain accurate records of all community transactions e.g. rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-in/move-outs, etc.
• Perform collection proceedings, eviction, and utility cut-offs as required on delinquent rents in a timely manner
• Ensure that invoices are input and coded into the Accounts Payable for payment in a timely manner
• Ensure all lease files are complete and continue to keep them current; maintain dead files in proper condition
• Prepare and deliver all delinquency, eviction, and Notices to Vacate
• Review lease files prior to move-in
• Schedule renewals or move-outs
• Maintain a resident retention plan by contacting lease renewals 65 days in advance, inspect community at least weekly (walk your property) and ensure all potential liability issues are corrected in a timely manner
• Conduct and supervise monthly market studies
• Assume Community Manager's responsibilities when not available

Requirements

• 2+ years property lease-up/management experience.
• 2+ years sales experience.
• LIHTC/HUD experience required (Double Creek is a LIHTC property); Section 8 experience a plus.
• Yardi experience required.

Compensation

• $25-$27....Depending on experience.
• Monthly renewal commission and bonus opportunities.
