Woodforest National Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in driving branch performance, customer relationship growth, and operational excellence at the Texas-La Marque location.

The role requires a hands-on leader who balances customer engagement, coaching, and compliance while modeling Woodforest’s Core Values of Ownership, Service, Community, and Integrity daily. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant sales or customer service experience, or an Associate’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capability; prior supervisory or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and marketing-oriented sales skills.
• Comfort working in a performance-driven retail banking environment.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on business needs.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Assist Branch Manager in driving branch performance, sales, and customer growth.
• Coach and support frontline staff to meet customer needs and sell banking products.
• Support branch operations, compliance, audits, and cash controls with attention to detail.
• Engage with customers to deliver the Woodforest Experience with warmth and professionalism.
• Promote technology-forward banking experiences for customers and staff.
• Participate in community engagement and local marketing activities.
• Schedule and assist with branch servicing duties as needed.
