Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and marketing-oriented sales skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members and ensure Woodforest Experience in all interactions.
• Manage daily branch operations, compliance, audits, and cash controls.
• Engage with customers and community to strengthen relationships.
• Support scheduling and workflow for efficient operations.
