Pasona N A, Inc. seeks a Western U.S. Sales Manager to grow revenue across Asian grocery, foodservice, and related accounts. You will develop customer and distributor relationships, execute sales programs, support pricing initiatives, and oversee hands-on merchandising.

Fluent in Chinese and English, you will travel regularly to customers, maintain strong relationships, and collaborate with leadership on promotions and market strategies to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Chinese and English proficient for customer and distributor communication.
• 2+ years of grocery retail sales experience with proven sales results.
• Ability to manage a territory with minimal supervision.
• Ability to evaluate pricing, margins, costs, and promotions.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sales and marketing programs to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage and grow distributor, retail, foodservice, technology, and Asian grocery accounts within the territory.
• Identify new accounts, products, line extensions, and other growth opportunities.
• Partner with leadership, regional sales, marketing, and production on pricing, product development, and promotional strategies.
• Analyze consumer trends and market research to support business decisions.
• Conduct customer visits, distributor ride-alongs, product training, and new-account development.
• Maintain product availability, displays, shelving, menus, POS materials, and promotional execution at customer locations.
• Support store resets, merchandising, and new-product launches.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, problem resolution, and timely follow-up.
• Support trade shows, special events, and other marketing activities.
• Track performance, complete required reporting, and manage against monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets.
• Attend regional and company meetings as required.
