• Maintain records in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (inventory, price changes).
• Review inventory and resolve discrepancies with warehouse.
• Process receipts and invoices for payment.
• Coordinate semiannual inventory counts.
• Ensure receiving accuracy with warehouse; communicate with trucking companies.
• Maintain HACCP/CAPA food safety compliance.
