Job summary

Pulmuone Foods USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced sales and planning professional to analyze sales data, manage P&L targets, and oversee forecasting and inventory for Asian channel products. You will coordinate promotions, online initiatives with retailers, and ROI analyses to drive profitability.

The role requires 5–10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Business, and bilingual Korean communication. Travel is required as part of a dynamic, global food business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 5–10 years of relevant work experience
• Bilingual in Korean
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Travel requirements

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data and set/manage P&L targets by product categories and channels
• Manage daily sales updates and monthly ending sales forecast
• Lead multiple projects and optimize scheduling
• Develop in-store sales and marketing promotion strategy for Asian channels
• Develop and execute online strategies with key retail partners and analyze ROI
• Oversee expense management and ROI on all expenses
• Update weekly sales forecasts and analyze YTD trends
• Prepare various sales reports by channel and product category
• Lead annual demand forecasting and inventory planning for Asian channel products
• Support SCM with ingredient orders and initial order quantities for import SKUs
• Develop channel strategies to maximize profitability and identify emerging markets
• Create monthly key account performance reviews
• Assist with ad hoc reports as needed
