Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years of armed security experience or equivalent National Guard/military training or police training.
• Firearms license under Puerto Rico jurisdiction and armed registration.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the facility is protected with high-quality security services.
• Build and maintain relationships with client employees and guests; greet and assist visitors.
• Report safety concerns and security breaches verbally and in writing.
• Patrol facilities, monitor CCTV and alarms, and respond to incidents.
• Provide excellent customer service and adapt to changing environments.
