Eligible applicants must be at least 21, have a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years of verifiable experience), and be fluent in Spanish and English. A Puerto Rico driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in spoken and written Spanish and English; English required for bilingual roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following site security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with calm and problem-solving.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business and perimeter.
• Receive and route processes at employee/visitor reception according to site rules.
