Qualifications

• Must be 21+ for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English speech and writing; bilingual roles require English.
• Background check and drug test as required by law.
• Valid Puerto Rico driver’s license.
• Customer service skills.
• Willing to credentialing and training processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by performing security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with calm and problem-solving.
• Perform regular patrols around the business and perimeter; work conditions vary by site.
• Receive and direct visitors in the employee reception area per site rules.
