Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a bilingual Security Officer in Puerto Rico to protect diverse environments including factories, retail, and corporate campuses. You will deliver customer-focused security solutions and follow site protocols daily.

Role requires fluency in Spanish and English, valid Puerto Rico driver’s license where required, and willingness to work rotating full-time shifts with paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older for unarmed roles.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
• Flexible with rotating shifts and weekly itineraries.
• Background check as required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Must have a valid Puerto Rico driver's license where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and security procedures at the site.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with calm and problem solving.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Receive and direct staff and visitor traffic per site rules.
