Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer for a FPS/DHS contract in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This part-time position offers a pay rate of $26.20 per hour and a schedule that largely follows Monday–Friday operations.

Officers protect people and property while delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include guarding the facility, reporting safety concerns, and coordinating with client staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years armed security experience or related military/public safety background.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Must be able to pass background, drug screen, physical, and references.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality security to protect people and property.
• Greet visitors and employees professionally; answer questions and assist.
• Monitor CCTV and alarms; respond to emergencies per protocols.
• patrol the facility by foot or vehicle and report concerns in writing.
