Cox Automotive seeks an entry-level Arbitration Coordinator to manage inbound communications from vehicle buyers and sellers, verify claim validity, document workflows, and coordinate vehicle inspections. This role supports timely resolutions and accurate case reporting; bilingual English/Spanish speakers are preferred.

You will handle intake routing, claim tracking, and closure with a focus on compliance with arbitration standards. The position offers hybrid work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Intake coordination: receive, triage and route inbound calls from buyers, sellers and partners.
• Claim verification: review validity of claims per standards and policies.
• Claim tracking and follow-up: monitor status and ensure timely resolution.
• VCF coordination: coordinate inspections and update vehicle control files.
• Documentation management: upload and organize arbitration documents.
