Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Intake Coordination: receive, triage and route inbound calls from buyers, sellers, and auction partners.
• Claim Verification: review claims for validity and forward to arbitrator when appropriate.
• Claim Tracking and Follow-up: monitor status and provide updates to all parties involved.
• Claim Management & Close: ensure thorough documentation and proper closure of claims.
• Documentation Management: ensure all arbitration documentation is received and uploaded.
