Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling, LLC is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Minnesota to manage invoicing, cash receipts, collections, and customer accounts. This role supports front-counter and scale operations during breaks and PTO, requiring strong attention to detail and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Two to four years of AR/billing experience is preferred, with an associate degree in accounting or related field. Proficiency in MS Office and company software is expected.

Qualifications

• Invoicing, payment recording, collections, and customer account maintenance.
• Dispute resolution and credit reviews for customers.
• Backup to Front Counter/Scale operations during breaks and PTO.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices accurately and timely with complete documentation.
• Enter and apply daily cash receipts including deductions and adjustments.
• Research and resolve deductions, billing discrepancies, and disputes.
• Maintain customer scorecards and manage credit checks for new customers.
