Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist, bilingual preferred, to manage invoicing, payments, collections, and customer records. The role also serves as a backup for Front Counter/Scale operations and aids with month-end reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years AR experience, an associate degree or higher, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position is office-based with potential for occasional plant interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Two to four years of accounts receivable, billing, collections, or accounting experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, transportation, recycling, logistics, or industrial environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing, payment recording, collections, customer account maintenance, and dispute resolution.
• Maintain customer account records and scorecards; monitor and resolve disputes and deductions.
• Backup to Front Counter/Scale operations; cover breaks and PTO as needed.
• Support audits, reporting, and administrative tasks; ensure confidentiality of financial data.
