Guerra Wealth Advisors is seeking an Appointment Setter in Miami, FL to engage warm leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for financial advisors. The role focuses on high-volume outbound calling, rapport building, and converting opportunities into meetings.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in phone sales, bilingual English/Spanish, and a drive for performance. In-office full-time work with base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in phone sales, appointment setting, inside sales, or business development.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required (verbal and written).
• Financial industry experience is a plus, not required.
• Certifications/licenses (SIE, 2-15, 2-14) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 90–100 outbound calls daily to warm leads and previous prospects.
• Qualify prospective clients and schedule appointments for financial advisors.
• Build rapport and confidently communicate the value of meeting with an advisor.
• Handle objections using proven sales techniques and call frameworks.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to maximize appointment conversions.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Confirm appointments to improve attendance and advisor productivity.
• Collaborate with advisors and administrative teams to support scheduling priorities.
• Support seminar, workshop, and marketing campaign outreach.
• Assist with team projects and light administrative responsibilities.
