This role is ideal for 1–3 years of sales or client-facing experience and offers a clear path to an advisory position. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000+ annually with base salary, uncapped commissions, and performance

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a sales or closing role, appointment setting preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required (spoken and written).
• Financial industry experience is a plus, not required.
• Certifications/licenses (SIE, 2-15, 2-14) are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow professionally.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Team-player mindset with a professional, service-focused attitude.
