Job summary

Guerra Wealth Advisors in Miami, FL is seeking a Financial Specialist to bridge prospects and their financial freedom. This Inside Sales role provides warm leads, no cold calling, and focuses on building relationships and scheduling appointments for our advisors.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales, strong closing skills, bilingual English/Spanish, and a drive to grow into an advisor role; you’ll work with the advisory team to fill calendars and contribute to firm growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a sales or closing role (appointment setting and/or phone sales preferred).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required (verbal and written).
• Financial industry experience is a plus, not required.
• Relevant certifications/licenses (SIE, 2-15, 2-14) are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow professionally.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Team-player mindset with a professional, service-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Call prospects and schedule appointments for financial advisors.
• Qualify leads by gathering financial data and assessing prospect needs.
• Consistently follow up to maintain engagement and maximize conversion.
• Track progress, including calls made, appointments set, and appointments kept.
• Represent Guerra professionally during seminars, workshops, and outreach.
• Keep CRM records up to date with prospect interactions and notes.
• Work proactively to meet business goals and team performance targets.
• Assist with administrative tasks and team projects as needed.
• Pursue ongoing education to enhance financial knowledge and sales skills.
