The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of phone sales or appointment setting experience, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and is motivated by results.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of phone sales, appointment setting, inside sales, or business development.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required (verbal and written).
• Certifications/licenses (SIE, 2-15, 2-14) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 90–100 outbound calls daily to warm leads and previous prospects.
• Qualify prospective clients and schedule appointments for financial advisors.
• Build rapport and confidently communicate the value of meeting with an advisor.
• Handle objections using proven sales techniques and call frameworks.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to maximize appointment conversions.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Confirm appointments to improve attendance and advisor productivity.
• Collaborate with advisors and administrative teams to support scheduling priorities.
• Support seminar, workshop, and marketing campaign outreach.
• Assist with team projects and light administrative responsibilities.
• Continue developing financial knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training.
