Westdale Asset Management is looking for a Bilingual Apartment Make-Ready team member in Austin, Texas. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $18-$19 and requires previous maintenance experience. As Service Technician I, you'll prepare vacancies for new residents and maintain property areas. Qualifications

• At least 6 months of previous maintenance experience on an apartment community, commercial building, or single-family residences.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO).
• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performing minor repairs and maintenance.
• Completing a duties checklist to ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready.
• Walking the property grounds and common areas and picking up trash and debris.
• Performing any additional duties assigned by both the Community Manager and/or Service Supervisor.

We are seeking a Service Technician I for our252-unitapartment community located in the center of North Austin!As Service Technician I, you will turn vacant units into beautiful apartments, preparing them for new residents to call home. You will also be responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. Requirements

• At least 6 months of previous maintenance experience on an apartment community, commercial building, or single-family residences

• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.
