InterSolutions, LLC is hiring a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant in Katy, TX. The role involves greeting prospects, tours, processing applications, and guiding residents through the leasing process to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.

Responsibilities include handling leases, deposits, and renewals, plus marketing to attract new residents. A strong command of English and Spanish is required, along with basic PC skills and leasing software knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; exposure to social media.
• Knowledge of leasing software such as Yardi, Blue Moon, Entrata, OneSite, MRI is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs, preferences, and close leads.
• Assist new residents with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and employment/credit checks.
• Collect security deposits, rent, and any other charges associated with resident move-ins.
• Communicate all lease and community policies to new and current residents.
• Follow up with all leads and prospects that did not lease.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready by inspecting and adding last-minute touches when appropriate.
• Seek out new residents with creative marketing techniques.
• Manage the lease renewal process and retention efforts.
• Promptly responding to calls, emails, and inquiries.
