Job summary

InterSolutions, LLC is seeking a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant to support a property management partner in Coral Springs, FL. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through applications and leases, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Strong communication and basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel) are needed to manage leasing data and move-in paperwork.

• Basic computer skills; experience with leasing software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and give tours to determine housing needs and close leads.
• Assist new residents with leasing paperwork, including applications, leases, and employment/credit checks.
• Collect security deposits, rent, and other move-in charges.
• Explain lease and community policies to new and current residents and follow up with prospects.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and support lease renewals and retention efforts.

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant to support one of our property management partners. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service to both prospective and current residents, guiding them through every step of the leasing process and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience.

InterSolutions is a leading staffing provider to the Property Management industry. We are always looking for excellent candidates to fill client positions as they come available.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs, preferences, and close leads Assist new residents with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and employment/credit checks Collect security deposits, rent, and any other charges associated with resident move-ins Communicate all lease and community policies to new and current residents Follow up with all leads and prospects that did not lease Ensure apartments are move-in ready by inspecting, and adding last-minute touches when appropriate Seek out new residents with creative marketing techniques Manage the lease renewal process and retention efforts Promptly responding to calls, emails, and inquiries

Requirements

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel and exposure to social media
• Knowledge of leasing software is a plus including Yardi, Blue Moon, Entrata, Onesite, MRI, etc.
• Ability to work weekends as required
