InterSolutions is seeking a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant in Lanham, MD to guide prospective and current residents through the leasing process with a welcoming, service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities include tours, leasing paperwork, payments, and policy communication. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with strong communication skills and basic computer literacy. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel and exposure to social media.
• Knowledge of leasing software such as Yardi, Blue Moon, Entrata, Onesite, MRI is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs, preferences, and close leads.
• Assist new residents with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and employment/credit checks.
• Collect security deposits, rent, and any other charges associated with resident move-ins.
• Communicate all lease and community policies to new and current residents.
• Follow up with all leads and prospects that did not lease.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready by inspecting, and adding last-minute touches when appropriate.
• Seek out new residents with creative marketing techniques.
• Manage the lease renewal process and retention efforts.
• Promptly responding to calls, emails, and inquiries.

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and speak both English and Spanish fluently? If so, we d love to connect with you. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant to support one of our property management partners. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service to both prospective and current residents, guiding them through every step of the leasing process and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience.
