Job summary

GRUPO EULEN USA is seeking an ID Coordinator responsible for managing the airport badging and identification process. This role ensures compliance with Miami-Dade Aviation Department and U.S. Customs and Border Protection requirements, acting as the liaison between the company and airport authorities.

The ideal candidate will have high school education, bilingual in English and Spanish, and experience in airport ID administration. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in airport ID administration or a related administrative role preferred.
• Understanding of MDAD and CBP badging processes.
• Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external ID applications through the airport badging process.
• Ensure all applications meet MDAD and CBP compliance standards.
• Generate and submit weekly ID status reports.
